Impact on User and Group Settings: We kindly request all users to refrain from making any changes to their user and group settings during the maintenance window. Any modifications made during this time will not be saved. To avoid any potential issues, we recommend making any necessary changes before the maintenance window or after it has been completed.
PTT Message Functionality: We want to assure you that the maintenance activities will not affect the majority of Push-to-Talk (PTT) messages. Most PTT messages will continue to function as expected, and most messages sent during the maintenance window will be saved and archived properly. A small minority of messages within a 2-minute window in this period may be lost as we cut over to new systems. We recommend re-sending any messages that are not acknowledged by your intended recipient(s).
